What sort of relies are we trying to prevent?  Automated or manual? 
Automated replies should be prohibited with a null return path.  Manual 
replies really can't be prohibited, because (a) the user can always 
override whatever the mailer does, and (b) we don't have a header that 
means "use this reply address instead of any/all others, for all types 
of replies".

I suppose if you're sending a message and want non-delivery reports, 
but don't want users to reply, and the message is only going to one 
user, the suggestion of an empty group in the Reply-To header is the 
best one.
