I'm not terribly interested in arguing the point, or even in pointing
out that I was thinking of appropriate <emphasis>subsets</emphasis> of
the admittedly larger and more complex document formats -- if I was
interested in that I'd be on a DL for discussion of a standard document
format for Internet mail messages. So:

	- Richmail is a specific document format
	- It deserves its own RFC
	- It doesn't belong in an RFC that is trying to explain how to cope
with interchange of formatted mail (other than perhaps a pointer to its
RFC)
	- If it's a good idea it doesn't need this kind of back-door introduction
	- Any proposed document format is controversial

Let's kick it loose and solve the specific problems of headers and their
meanings.
