It seems to me that the attributes should have a much more structured
form.  For example, instead of Telephone and Fax, I would like to
see Phone-work, Phone-home, Phone-fax, and Phone-beeper with
Phone-X- allowed.  These would all mean that the value field was
really a phone number.  Similarly, instead of just Address,
how about Postal-work, Postal-home, with Postal-X- allowed.
Instead of PEM_Cert, there should probably be Certificate-PEM and
Certificate-PGP.  Etc.

It should be text/signature rather than application/signature.

I haven't looked at all the other proposals for personal infrmation
but I hope these comments will be taken as applicable to them as
well.
