Oh, I typed it in... For what it is worth, you can find it
in dkuug.dk:i18n/iso-cd-639-2

Be warned: this is an older draft, dated 91-12-16, there should
be a newer version around. And according to Olle Jaernefors
the 639-2 document was voted down in ISO, with following noise.
Olle reports that the 639-2 project seems to be dead.
