Remember the following quote from RFC1123:

Robustness Principle: "Be liberal in what you accept, and
                       conservative in what you send"

Our MIME mailer will accept a Content-transfer-encoding type of
"x-uuencode" but it will NOT generate it.  However, the user has
the option of sending non-MIME messages that can have uuencoded
parts.
