New version of draft-hoffman-smtp-tls

Hi again. After our discussion here, as well as discussions with other TLS
folks, I've revised the draft. The new version is available at
<http://www.imc.org/draft-hoffman-smtp-tls>. It will appear in the Internet
Drafts directory soon, I assume. The differences from the -01 draft are:

Fixed the error message for the 501 error.

Added the word "temporary" to the 554 error.

Added the ability for a server to require TLS in Section 5. Used
the word "publicly-referenced" to differentiate types of servers.

Added the pipelining discussion in Section 5.

Added the 5.1 header to make the long section more readable.

Added the certificate acceptance paragraph in new 5.1.

Added the local decision wording in Section 7.

Added man-in-the-middle warning in Section 7.
