Using the ASID MIME-DIR draft seems like a good goal. The two drafts are
very similar, and the changes required to the ASID draft would be
minimal.
Speaking for ASID, we'd be happy to entertain suggestions for improving
the MIME-DIR draft.

Seems like it would be a shame to do something completely new, when
we've already got something that is basically what you want, and could
be perfect with a couple of tweaks.                            -- Tim
