For client-client cases how about adding:
appt-query-freetime: one client requests the other client to provide
chunks of free time in a specific time interval, say one week, one
month, etc.

And in general:
appt-update: provides the attendee with additional or revised information
that does not affect the time and location of the meeting but
the content of the meeting like an updated agenda.
