Sure.  There is a SKIP protocol in IPsec.  It is from SUN and they are
marketing it heavily.  As noted earlier ESP is also in IPsec and is the
principle secure datagram format.

Acronym collision is inevitable.  Look at ATM  ;)

We can straighten out the name next week.  Maybe have a contest.
