RE: CounterOffer issue
I would not say we are re-inventing.
However, there are some issues/problems that we've been discussing on
the list for the last month that will need to have solutions in the
final standard. There are a bunch more issues that still need to be
discussed. I have yet to see a proposal that would address these
issues without breaking compatibility with vCalendar...
