Assuming the protocol produced by this WG is at all similar to
vCalendar, I suggest that the protocol specification contain an
appendix listing:

+ differences between vCalendar and that protocol (iCalendar?)

+ how iCalendar events will be interpreted by vCalendar apps
  (e.g. will the vCalendar app simply ignore the extra fields?)

+ how vCalendar events should be interpreted by an iCalendar app
  (e.g. what to do if certain fields are missing?)
