Meeting next Tuesday -- is it enough?

There's plenty of issues out on the table to be discussed.

I see the "official" meeting, but I'll bet my next paycheck (well, maybe 
not... ;-) that this group won't be satisfied with the state of where the 
meeting is at the end of the appointed time.

Questions:
a)  Do we want to set some times up now for informal (BOF?) meetings 
before on Monday?
b)  After?  Tuesday night?  Wednesday?

Anybody else think *2* hours tuesday ain't gonna cut it given the state of 
things now?
