RE: ISO 8601 ABNF grammar

It's generally agreed that we would tighten up the syntax to not allow the complete range of representations. I agree with your pointing out that the abbreviated forms are probably not agreeable.

I dunno about this.  I can't say I'm too eager for a date-time grammar that
allows productions like:
 ---7T--59		; 59th second of the 7th day?

This makes my head hurt.  I'm going to bed.
