RE: MIME as a vCalendar element separator - bad move...
Actually, if we feel it necessary, we can define a strict subset of mime
to be used for calendaring. For example we can say that
multipart/alternative is not allowed in a multipart/relative for
calendaring. The mhtml group did similar modifications. I believe this
is straightforward.
