At the Calendaring WG meeting we just had, Frank suggested we have
another face-to-face WG meeting before the official IETF meeting in
March.  I think this will be a big help in reaching a standard quickly.

I am offering to host this meeting in the Seattle area!

I propose Jan. 20, '97.  Does that date work ok for everyone?
