iMIP-04, 4.5 Multiple Mixed Components

In iMIP-04, Section 4.5 Multiple Mixed Components, it says:

	Different component types must be encapsulated in separate
	iCalendar objects.


Why? I don't see any reason to limit related components
from being sent in the same body part. They are bound with
BEGIN:<component> / END:<component>. This makes them
parsable.

I would like to see this restriction removed.
