Actually, it is customary for IETF lists to remain active after the WG
concludes as a forum for implementation discussion. It is also more or
less imperative that the list at least remain active until the
documents reach draft standard.

This is a little more problematic. It is fine to initiate discussion of
extensions here, but development of extensions, assuming there is a general
consensus to do this, will probably require another working group with
its own list.

I don't believe discussion of vCard here is appropriate, except insofar
as it relates to iCalendar.
