Actually the suggestion of a "FMTTYPE" parameter is the approach that was
originally intended. That is we were just taking the lead from vCard. The
parameter can only reference IANA content types or non-standard types.

Afraid you don't *need* the additional parameters, such as content
disposition either. This parameter is used just in the "ATTACH" property, as
noted.

This clarification/change and the one to the text for first week of the year
in the BYWEEKNO description have been made and a new draft will be
submitted.
