RFC2445: Property Name; Binary Attachment

Hi All,

In RFC2445 page 77, is written what attachment property can have binary
value, in following notation:
" ATTACH" attparam ";" "ENCODING" "=" "BASE64" ";" "VALUE" "=" "BINARY"
":" binary.
there attparam can be only fmmtypeparam (Format type) or xparam.
Is there any possibility to specify the file name of attachment, rather
than specifying new x-parameter.
