For those that dont check the BBC, check out http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/sci/tech/newsid_580000/580334.stm for an article on the "creation of a standard internet time based on Greenwich Mean Time". I dont think the writer quite understands it fully (or what already is out there) but it is a quick read for a very quiet week.
