How exactly do you expect guarantee that the SKUID will be the same across all
SKiCal objects that describe the same resource? If the resource's own organizer
does not generate a SKUID, then everybody who publishes a SKiCal object for it
will generate their own SKUID. If the resource's organizer does generate a
SKUID, then they're probably publishing their own SKiCal object, so why would
somebody else publish a different one?
