Please delete now if you don't want to get yelled at.

How or what ever, these discussions are off topic!  A standard
is an inclusive minimum!  The preferability of different 
implementation options is off topic! Provide support for multiple
methods (such as error messages on recurrance expression complexity)
and let the CS implementors decide how they want to do it!
