You really dislike your customers that much to make them reschedule for ANY change like that??  

You are also making the incorrect assumption that ALL ATTENDEEs see the entire ATTENDEE list and thats not correct.  As such your youthful optimism is misserving.  I realize you are tongue in cheek but...

Still, if you want to build it that way fine but it still a self conflicting design that needs resolution.  So far I havent heard of any reason not to propose a fix so Ill work on some change text for later this week.
