Dont forget the text near the top of
10.1.1 that says:
If
the command is unable to be
completed in the specified amount of time (as specified by the
"LATENCY" parameter value), then a "TIMEOUT"
command MUST BE sent on
the same channel to which there MUST BE a an "ABORT"
or a "CONTINUE"
command reply.
where it talks about command completion
too...
