No I am NOT. The chair sent me
the correct UNID/RID/SEQ. The chair does not change these again unless
he/she does another reschedule for that item. Therefor when I respond
with the same UNDI/RID/SEQ I am in sync.

You still are ether not seeing or ignoring the issue.
Because you can not tell, your CUA will NEVER know it missed the
original. Your CUA is now out of SYNC with the ORGANIZER.
