To date I have not heard a response from Doug or anyone who can answer my question about EXPAND.  It was a simple question but there seems to be reluctance to answer it.  So Ill ask again...

With regards to EXPAND, is the CS supposed to return literally all instances of a repeating entry even if they fall outside the bounds of the parameters in the VQUERY or is the stated intention of EXPAND incorrectly / poorly phrase?
