Using a different verb for ETRN made sense because the wire protocol
actually changed, through the addition of a domain parameter to the verb.
There is, however, no need to change anything on the wire to do
authenticated TURN.

Using TURN on the regular port would work even better - any server with
existing client support for TURN which has had authentication added could
then use the protocol with no further modification. There will always be
modification required on the provider's server.

One approach would be to use TURN as the verb, but advertise ATRN or
AUTHTURN in the EHLO response so that a connecting client would know the
ground-rules for using TURN.
