I know this still sounds petty, but I would rather see a verb other
than TURN that denotes that the turn will only take place if the
session is authenticated.
Another issue that I was thinking about last night: is it reasonable
for the host that the authenticated turn is requested from to be able
to convey a given level of authentication? i.e. authenticated could
be PLAINTEXT and still satisfy the authentication requirement.
