The current draft says:

Would you be happier if it said

>normally runs on port 366
Or even
>On-Demand Mail Relay is a restricted profile of SMTP. Port
>number 366 is reserved for On-Demand Mail Relay.
I think the latter form is a bit klunkier; the addition of "normally"
in the former should help your concern with any implication that port
366 must be used.
