I've sent in -06 of the ODMR draft, and asked for a last call to 
proposed standard.  The only substantive issue holding this up was 
the mandatory-to-implement SASL mechanism.  Since the objections to 
CRAM-MD5 have been removed, the draft is ready to progress.  I did 
make a few minor clean-ups and such in this version.

It should be appearing soon in an I-D directory near you, but you can 
get it right away from
