My suggestion after reading both of your responses:

     Disposition-notification-options=signature=R/0, sigalg1, sigalg2
...; mic=R/0, micalg1, micalg2 ...;

Signature Logic:

a. Whether or not signature is required, an MDN should be returned (if
supported by the receiving application). 
b. Following the requirement status, is a list (of one or more,
prioritized left to right) of acceptable signature algorithms.
c. The recipient tries to sign the MDN with the leftmost algorithm.
d. If the recipient cannot sign the MDN (doesn't support any of the
algorithms), the MDN is returned unsigned.
e. If d, if the signature was 'R'equired, disposition 'Unsupported
Signature Algorithm' is returned.
f. If d, and the signature was 'O'ptional, disposition 'autoprocessed'
or another appropriate status is returned.

Same logic for micalg, except 'Unsupported MIC Algorithm' would be
returned in case e.
