CNET Minutes for 19 Feb 97 Conf. Call



- Rik and Chuck will check to see how to chose the boundary string
around  binary data with ietf protocol   experts.

- Rik will redo the test plan for phase three to reflect the new changes
to the as#2 document

- Next week we will discuss the test-cases derived from the as#2
document

- Next week will discuss how to start phase 1 for test-group-2

- Harbinger, Atlas and DoD (test-group-2) should be ready to start phase
1 in two weeks from last Monday

- Test-group-1 will finish phase 2 testing with multipart/signed
starting in two weeks

- Test-group-1 will start phase 3 testing March 11, 1997
