Certificates

Hello everybody.

What are the certificate fingerprint and serial number in certificates of 
netscape security option ?
And where is the public key in certificate ? I can't find it in the same 
screen. But as my understanding, certificates includes the public key 
according to X.509 standard.

Do you know where I can get the full description of X.509 ? I just accessed 
some materials related X.509 in which other topic like encryption is a 
primary issue. One thing - http://bbs.itsi.disa.mil:5580/E4190T2870 - which 
seems to be what I want has been broken these days. Your help will be very 
appreciated.
