While a very valid question - I'm not sure it's within the scope of this 
list.  However, it may still be a surprise to some to learn the EDI 
transportation documents have CHANGED a good deal in ver. 3070 and 4010.

Hal - the Uniform Code Council (VICS-EDI) publishes 3050 and 3070 
guidelines as they relate to the Retail industry.  Their address is 
uc-council.org and phone is 937-435-3870.  

After ver. 3070 the American Trucker's Association (703-838-1721) has taken 
over the publishing / maintenance of the transportation documents in a 
thing called the "Motor Carrier Industry Guide to EDI Implementations and 
Conventions".  Both UCC and ATA stuff is available in 50 pound books or on 
CD.

Does anyone know of any ANSI / VICS / ATA transaction set 204 (load tender, 
manifest, B/L) version 3050 or 3070  implementation guides?
