Are there any standards for Lite EDI subsets ?

Hello,

I'm kamel BEN MADHI, i'm working on a projet about the study of
interactions between EDI and EC.

In this step of my working, i'm interested to the Lite EDI.

In Lite EDI there is a need to standardise the Lite EDI subsets and this
need stems from the very real desire that any Lite EDI user should be
able to send Lite EDI message to any relevant EDI partner (be it a major
who also uses full EDI or another SME using Lite EDI), without having to
agree on individual variations of the standards message with each
partner beforehand.

I ask if there are standartds of the Lite EDI subsets ? if there are
please let me know.

Iknow that the delivery mechanism for a MIG ( Message Inplementation
Guide) could be in the form of the standard EDIFACT message IMPDEF
(Message Implementation Guide). Another formalised method to specify
MIGs, ESTEEM (EWOS Specification Technique for Expressing EDI) has
developped by EWOS and acts a complementary role.
But i have not documents about this two methods. If somone know
something about them ( documents, web adresses, ...) please let me know.
