Now that Paul Hoffman has fixed the mail loop, I guess it's safe to
post again.  OK, I see that my understanding of the draft was right
all along.  Carl's idea of using Content-Type: message/rfc822 is NOT
what we have now.  I would have preferred his model to what we have
now, but the draft is fine as it is.  It just means that a CGI program
or Java servlet can't simply read a message/rfc822 input stream; it
must get the request headers as well as read the MIME body in the
input stream.
