ACTION ITEM -  we can use from the current Templar pilot to add to our
document, i.e. can we leverage any of their efforts?



Rik,

Templar is out of pilot and the software has been generally available since
May of 1995. I think we can definitely leverage what has been learned with
our experiences with Templar.
