IBM.  And although MIT has a limited version of PGP for VM and kind of for
MVS, I can't run it.  There are some licensing issues. ViaCrypt so far has
not responded to this.

MIT is 'working on it'.  They have done a VM port.  Of course RSA has
finally done a port of their toolkit, so that will help.
