I use ViaCrypt's 4.0 Business Edition. It doesn't "do" 1847 nor Elkins' draft. 
ViaCrypt will have some glue-code for integration with Zmail in a couple of 
weeks, but I've been unsuccessful in getting an answer as to how the integration 
will be done.
