Are we saying?

        Message:== smtpHeader+rfc1847(mime(data),signature(mic))


Or

        Message:==smtpHeader+rfc1847(mime(data))+signature(mic)


The first is the standard as stated in the rfc1847, with the mic computed
over the mime(data) structure.


The second is one in which the mic is computed over the rfc1847 headers
also...this is non standard and I would not know how to package it for
transmission.


I hope we are doing the first and not the second!
