RV: Internet draft Interoperable Internet EDI

Here we are preparing to begin use EDI on Internet in Argentina. This document is very useful for us, but we had think works with VAN(on internet) that manage all transaction. I understand in internet draft that the message send directly to the recipient partner, partner to partner without EDI VAN. Our idea is that exist EDI VAN on internet. This itīs better for the control, acknowledgment, and tracking, duplicating trasmition, etc, but the most important thing (because all these subjet, you solve in the draft) itīs the control of EDI sintax. If nobody control the EDI Sintax, perhaps a partner donīt use EDI correctly and if the other partner donīt notice that, they will be sending messages that not is really EDI. The same problem may have with versions. If nobody control the versions perhaps in a few years diferents group of partner will have difernets version and will be more complicated a new transaction between them.
