MFPA Meeting Agenda, 1/22-23/1997, San Jose

The MFPA will be having a marketing/technical meeting on 1/22-23/1997 in
San Jose. The first day of this meeting (1/22) will be oriented to
Administrative and marketing issues, including:
	Reorg of MFPA as non-profit
	IOC'96 Review
	IOC'97 Discussion
	Industry Press Releases Web Site
	Other Marketing initiatives and projects.
In the afternoon of 1/22, we will probably also discuss some MFPA technical
initiatives (MFPI, TROIKA, COPIER MIB, ETC.)

On 1/23, we will be reserving this entire day to discuss the internet-MFP
(such as ietf-fax) situation. All interested parties to the recent
discussions on the ietf-fax discussion list are invited to attend and
attempt to pin down the key issues for later "ratification" by the ietf-fax
list, and possibly the internet printint (ipp) discussion list. As a
technical discussion, our goals will be to resolve any issues so that
documents can be prepared by the appropriate editors.

Please note that not all of the links in this document are working just yet
since we still are working on some of the related documents. I will be
refining this document as the meeting date approaches, so monitor it as the
relevant docs are collected. This should be a good working collection of
information as well.

Directions:  Exit airport onto Airport Pkwy, make a left onto Guadalupe
Pkwy.  That turns into Highway 101 North.  Follow Hwy 101, approx. 3.5
miles to Great America Pkwy/Bowers Ave. Exit.  make a left at the top of
off ramp go over freeway to first light, Augustine, and make a right.
Continue to stop sign, Lakeside, and make a right  Hotel is the second
driveway on the right. Shuttle service is also provided to and from the San
Jose Airport - $4.00 round trip.
