ways to specify addresses/subaddresses - a quick note

Hallo,
just a quick note to tell you that I'm formatting a bit better the note
I dropped on the list last week, proposing a number of alternates to
the group for the syntax:

- /dd.fax=<fax-number>#<fax-subaddress>.<fax-recipient>/@<i-fax-domain>

or accordignly with ITU-T F.423 & F.401

- /NET-NUM=<fax-number>/NET-SUB=<fax-subaddress>/T-TY=g3fax(5)/PN=<personal-name>

@<i-fax-domain>

(a bit more ugly and complex, but compatible with existing OSI fax gateways
stuff.
