That's odd. Where does the Sending Fax Number that appears on the display
of the Receiving Fax come from in that case? I agree that the number may
not have been entered as a parameter on the Sending Fax Machine (or may be
inaccurate [such as being the Sender's Voice Number not that of the Fax
Machine]) but there is provision for the transmission of an Fax Machine
Identity in the Fax Protocol (or it could be during the Fax
Handshake/Negotiation Stage).
