This document has only two changes.

The first is cosmetic, changing the name from draft-burger-vpim-pndn-01.txt
to draft-ietf-vpim-pndn-00.txt to reflect our new work group status.

The second is requiring the notifications to be per-recipient only.  This
should keep the NDN's from breaking other implementations, like MIXER to
X.400.  [THANKS Ned!]
