Meetings, agenda and forward progress

I've asked for a meeting for IMAPEXT for the upcoming Vancouver IETF, 
Nov 6-11.  The agenda for this IETF should be published a little 
earlier than normal to make it easier for people to make travel plans 
so of course the request had to go in even earlier.  If we have nothing 
new to discuss I can cancel the meeting request.

So here's hoping that we'll have something new to discuss by then: new 
drafts of the comparator document, annotate or list extensions.  These 
are all overdue already according to the milestones we put together in 
Paris.  I know a couple authors have had some "stuff" going on but we 
really need to keep this work on track to finish IMAPEXT and stop 
blocking other work.

Alexey, Arnt, Barry, Cyrus, and Randy: please follow up with me on 
whether you'll be in Vancouver; what are the agenda items (open issues 
for your drafts) including some of the recent traffic on annotations.
