I'm working on ANNOTATEMORE (aka METADATA) right now and some of my other drafts, but will get around to ANNOTATE again in a couple of weeks. So please take the time now to look over it again and send comments. The only changes remaining to do from the -14 draft are:
1) Remove content-language attribute. 2) Add statement about experimental status. 3) Only allow sorting by value attribute - remove size. -- Cyrus Daboo
