Most IMAP servers appear to implement it, and Polymer (And Telomer, for 770 people) implements it for those SASL mechanisms it implements which can benefit, specifically PLAIN, ANONYMOUS, and DIGEST-MD5 reauthentication.

I can't see anything wrong with the draft, and I'd be pleased to see it published as an RFC in its current form.
