IDLEPLUS extension

Hi,

I am working on an IDLEPLUS extension. The main purpose of this extension is 
to go beyond RFC2177 and provide a fully working push email solution without 
the need for expensive polling. 

The basic idea is to offer a channel which provides all required notifications 
to an IMAP client.

I expect that clients decide to open a second permanent imap connection in 
order to never miss any notification.
