Notwithstanding my grumbles in my previous message, I nonetheless approve 
the document as written.  I think that it's too late to deal with those 
grumbles (that is, change the argument to an astring), and it's not 
important enough to force a new capability name.

I do feel, however, that we should be more careful in the future about 
introducing new syntax rules in IMAP commands.
